Petrochem stock a range of Alloy C22 Pipe, Fittings and Flanges - The use of this Higher Alloy can offer enhanced resistance to pitting , crevice corrosion and stress corrosion. Higher chromium content provides good resistance to oxidizing media where molybdenum and tungsten contact gives good resistances to reducing media. Petrochem also supply a range of Alloy C276. Although more popular in imperial tubing dimensions, AL-6XN (N08367) can also be supplied in sch10 and sch40 thicknesses via our partners CSI products. Due to its higher concentrations of molybdenum , chromium and nickel , it is an excellent alloy for the transmission of corrosive fluids through stainless steel in clean environments and is a great alternative to 254SMO.
